Yes, they've been there from the start, gangs, mobs, police whatever they call themselves, never just a friendly group of happiness, sunshine, glitter and unicorns.
But, there generally ARE people who go on Home, just to make life miserable for others...

Had my fair share of run ins with these wanna be tough guy gangs... had maybe 9 people harrasing me because i wasnt wearing a shirt they liked. i said who are you? one of them suposedly the leader said they are the biggest gang in home and i laughed so hard i started to cry lol. i stood up for myself and my friends then when they saw i wouldnt be bullied by this so called gang they all left lol
Its kinda pathetic really i dont take home that seriously. most of the time i am walking around in a costume i made myself lol

Exactly how you can command fear and respect by typing poorly spelled threats in speech bubbles whilst dressed as a baggypants clown in a Streetfighter mask is beyond me.
They've all been sulking since their precious coin toss crash move was taken away, these 'gangs' are embarrassing! Now go plot in your clubhouse 'meetings' and show Home you are serious business! You better believe they mean it too, people!
