If you bought it with a plus discount it's possible they haven't made it so that version gives the item, that or it purely requires a purchase through home... bit disappointing either way for anyone wanting to buy with the plus discount.

Still the same title when discount is applied, there's no other choice when that arises so at the moment it's seeming like this is for purchasing through Home. Not gonna speculate too much until there's confirmation but others who bought it on store haven't got the bats either.

Just bought the Festival of Blood game through the Home commerce point, and my bats are nowhere to be found

Scratch that, the Bats found their way into my Storage  When you buy the game from the Home Square commerce point you won't receive a reward notification, its a purchase item.

Well that explains where they have gone! I checked storage twice earlier too but there was nothing. Tried again just now and there they are.

ok so just to be clear if i was to buy this as  a plus member will the reward be given, as my experience in the past with these promos there a little hit and miss weather you get the item

The answer is indeed yes. They show up as purchased items but for some reason in storage.
