Introducing PlayStation Home Developer Week

Introducing PlayStation Home Developer Week

Greetings Home community, as you may be aware Home is about to hit it's 4th anniversary since going into Open Beta on December 11th 2008. Some of you have been around since then, others are newer to the community but we're all here for the same thing. We all use Home.

To celebrate this 4th anniversary I have managed to arrange a week full of Q&A nights with some of the developers who bring content to us each and every week. Allowing us to show our uniqueness in a large community such as this.

I have dubbed it Developer Week for this reason and have been working for a few weeks to bring the following to you on these dates and times!

Monday 10th December - 8pm

Because there are so many of these in the week I would like to make it as easy as possible for everyone to get their questions asked and answered. To do this, I would like to ask for your help in achieving this. If you can keep it to one question per user until everyone has had the opportunity to be heard that would be ideal.

I would also like to ask if you can try not to flood the chat log so that questions and answers wont be missed. I do understand like the rest of you that events like this are easy to get a little carried away. So I'm asking you as a user myself to show respect to those in attendance including our guests on the night.

Some of our esteemed guests may bring along a few treats too. :smileywink:

Unfortunately I can't control how many people can fit into a space at any one time so if you can't get in, don't give up and keep trying. If I could double the space I would to avoid disappointing any of you!

Other than that, hope you all like what I've put together for the week and look forward to seeing you all there.

If you do wish to attend, please send a friend request to my alternate account:

MVP-Loonytoon

Or even my lil helper:

IAmNinjaRabbit

I will be checking it regularly and accepting requests as I see them. All are welcome.

Re: Introducing PlayStation Home Developer Week

Good to see you're all looking forward to it! It came about following the success of the Hallowe'en Event and the time seemed right with the end of the year and the Home anniversary. Hopefully find out what's coming up in the near future amongst other things!

As an extra little bonus, Hellfire Games will be turning the Spacewalk function in Novus Prime on for next weekend. This will be free to use for all.

I'll try to remember to attend. Can't believe I've been using Home for 4 years. (I've only been around since day 1 open Beta, but I wish I was there for closed, too) I was so young! xD
