Re: Is my username innapropriate?

Yep, Ants. Coz that's all kinds of mature. If you're seeing Home in 2-D then either drinking has properly buggered your vision, or your TV ist kaput. I suggest you might wanna stop though, if you recognise that you're alienating people through your drinking then something is wrong.

Your username is fine to me.

The most important thing about your username is that you like it and are willing to stick with it throughout your duration on PSN.

Re: Is my username innapropriate?

Things to avoid when creating an ID are any pieces of information that can personally identify you in any way.  Other things I would avoid are pieces of information that change frequently.  I’ve known ppl that have crated ID’s like Jane-Lvs-John or any variation of that.  What happens when Jane stops loving John?  :Stupid:  Including your age might not be a good idea either, as that tends to change in time.

Should be ok, I used to have an id called SOAPY-T1T-WHANK and that wasnt banned, i just lost the login details after the outage. I actually had a rather nice conversation with a mod one time while I was on it, he did initially question me about the id but I explained it was inspired by the blue t1t bird that used to fly into my garden every day and use the ornamental bird bath, and I named him Whank. Anyone that gets offended by your id isnt living in the real world.

Fury that had me laughing so much

That's a good point OoO-avatar-OoO.

In a way its like getting your girlfriends name tattooed across your abdomen. Its a good idea until she breaks up with you :smileytongue:

Re: Is my username innapropriate?

If one has to ask if a username is appropriate it either isn't or is at the very edge of names that are. but having to ask usually is a sign that you already know it isn't why else bother to ask? on a side note there is always a possibility that someone you want to add as friend rejects you cause of a inappropriate name that they don't want to see in their friends list due to the nature of the name.

In all fairness if someone dosen't want you on their friends list because they don't like your ID then they are probably not worth worrying about.

I second this. Anyone who refuses to add you based purely on your ID and not because of your personality or you have nothing in common, is a bit shallow and not worth bothering with anyway.

Just to play devil’s advocate here.  I have seen some ID’s out there that just scream TROLL and I would avoid like the plague.  Not saying that its right to judge someone solely based on their ID, but some ID’s will cut your chances of meeting new people down dramatically.
