I would like to zap him everytime he say's "yes we have awesome things planned for the Home Community" where as experience has taught us the exact opposite.

Actually ... hasn't he been promoted ? I think I read somewhere they offered him a job as PSN Operations Manager.

I know his old boss Susan Panico or whatever her name is has left, maybe hes got her job. Who knows.

I think it could be a bit of a problem to be honest, you get a lot of  idiots that make avatars of paedophiles and homophobic gay avatars etc etc,{you know, the kind of people that can't spell hypocrisy), i don't think sony would want that, especially when said idiots have young people on their friend lists...
