I think PS3 was the Beta/test platform for PS Home, and on the PS4 it'll be released as out of Beta. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's just something I think might be possible.
i might be wrong but i thought it was because its always changing , having new content added and evolving

True. It's not the final version, features are still being added and tweaked as we speak and bugs and issues are reported by the community and fixed shortly after.
It's still running around the software development cycle, so it suits the Beta label. 
(Also, it's slightly radioactive apparently. I just had to explain that Beta on a game doesn't mean that to somebody... fml)

Just wait til we get to the Gamma update. Can't wait to see what content grows on us all then 
oh and Home should be available on the PS4. Homes a web application (or cloud app) and the client will be able to be modified to meet the new requirements.

It could be argued that the post is relevant to the thread, however as you are talking about the Hub and X7 i'm not sure its relevant to the EU.
I've not had any problems since our last update but this is EU. I don't know how any other region is being affected, I do not have other region accounts.
Sorry if I sound picky (not getting at you personally) but i'm starting to get a bit annoyed at the constant posts and references to areas outside our Home (EU). This is the EU forum and EU is what we should be focussing on here.
Really sorry to hear about your probs, I wouldn't wish it on anyone, but surely NA is the place to deal with those.
