nice stuff lockwood i love the bows especially the black 1 i look forward to unlocking it if its in the game/store shields also get top marks only surpassed by a couple shields from skyrim (elven and ebony) swords i dont like to much not in to the saw teeth thing look forward to the the full game

An Island on a turtle? Really? Is that not an direct concept copy? Did you guys take that idea from Blizzard? Why can't you just come up with your own idea and stop taking things from other games / real life objects, everything you guys do is almost a clone of something, one way or an other. Meh, I wont be playing Mercia, nor will I be paying for any more Lockwood content.

Sorry for being bland, my brain says things, and then I say them. I don't know if I mean any of what I said. I have issues *shrug* But still.

Actually if you're going to point fingers then you need to go back a bit further. Terry Pratchett has a whole world on a Turtle's back in his Discworld novels starting back in the 80's.

Then further back from that I think the idea may be in mythology (i think it was Hindu mythology).

So, yeah.

Nah on a serious note. I don't mind if it's a bit of a copy-cat scenario. The game still looks amazing and i'm looking forward to collecting all the rewards on release!

Couldnt have said it better myself Orla. I dont think the term ORIGINAL IDEA is something they are familiar with at Lockwood Publishing. They havent put anything decent on home since their Yacht imo and even that had been done before with one released by SCEA on NA home and the LOOT one....

As for Mercia, I was really underwhelmed by it, but it was only a demo so I'll reserve judgement for when it finally releases on home, but lets just say im not expecting them to re-invent the wheel with it.

I think I have every right to point fingers, when they've even taken clothing product designs from where ever, did an little edit, then stomp them on to the market, how many original designers know that all there hard work has been taken up by an company producing fake virtual goods that just look the same as there work? If they've copied idea's before, then they've certainly done it with the turtle. How can I trust a company that plants logos on things that does not even belong to them. Did they seek permission before copying real life, branded clothing and other such things?

I think its only a matter of time before people notice what company like this one has been doing. I really don't like being like this, because this is not who I am, I'm nice and cuddly, but gamers have strong voices, and if we're not happy about something, we'll complain about it, a company can learn from complaints.
