Hello Everyone,

We are aware that some users had problems with missing items from the bundles mentioned below and we’d like to inform you that we will be processing refunds for these users early next week.

The issue only affected purchases for a short time after the maintenance window last Wednesday 30^th January, and anyone purchasing the items now will have no problems. Refunded users can also repurchase with confidence if they wish.

Please note that this is a SCEE Store issue and not the fault of Granzella.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

If they purchase with confidence does that mean theyre guaranteed to get the items this time or just that the buyers have the option to be arrogant and try again :-) ?

Really hope it fixes it. Bought the Succubus Wing Set (black) on wednesday :s and it didnt show up

Mine's not been refunded yet for the red and black succubus wings, they still show up as purchased but not available in the inventory....

Don't buy Granzella items on first day of release, seriously, it happens every week with them.

I know it is possible that Mods can freely move around on Home while a Maintenance is going on.

So my question:

Isn't it possible that any staff member can try to purchase new added stuff especially bundles and from Granzella since it's always their stuff that is screwed up by the store?

I'm sure it would be more than welcome by everyone.
