I love Home, but I find there's too much kids on these days. So here's one or two ideas I'd like to see appear...

18+
Is where it all starts! You should find it on the World Map…

Sony Bar
A nightclub space where avatars hang! Music would be blearing out massive speakers allowing you to dance and peeps can vote on who they want to DJ. A bar where you can order drinks and watch your avatar get *****! There could even be a ‘back area’ where strippers and burlesque dancers do their thing! Hey, there could even be celebrity’s hanging out…

Anyways, I just wanna hear peoples thoughts/ideas and what not….. and not get @ for just expressing ideas!!!

How do you verify that users would be 18+?

This is the problem facing anyone thinking about adult content.

Yeah, that would work.

However, I would prefer (in the spirit of an online virtual world) a virtual ID card. Perhaps this can be obtained through various means of verification externally from home, I'd happily send in proof of address, birth cert etc to get this. Then this ID will allow you access to any/all 18+ media across the PSN. This method is a lot more fraud proof than just CC details, which can be from older sibling or parents.

Show your card at the door and you're in.

True, parents let their 8 year old children on Home anyway, so this problem ain't exactly new.  Infact age restrictions mean nothing other than if their behaviour gets noticed.

Same with Grand Theft Auto, does anyone read The Daily Mail?

I walk around in my Resistance 2 outfit, which is 18+, I can't see any person below 18 having their avatar eyes blinded by looking at me.

Adult content in a sexual explicit way (stripclubs) = NO   (it's not GTA4)

Adult content in humor like Playboy = Funny, but not exactly great promotion for Home and it's purpose (unless Playboy Mansion MMORPG comes to PS3)

Aside from the obvious moral impact that Sony would be encouraging people to go and get pi***d, it's a complete No. 

Besides, if you want music "blearing" out of your T.V, just turn the volume up.
