If they did make it harder -- you mean, as in 'impossible'? -- for people to get rewards without the chair, then that would be contrary to their stated goal of wanting to attract casual vistors frequently to Aurora.

Didn't Tasmin say they announced Aurora 1.5, that "players will eventually receive all five reward items if they keep using the trap".  Also

"We can say that all players will get everything eventually if they continue to set the trap when they visit Aurora, and the chair on average makes this happen 2-3 times faster."

I think this explanation means nDreams holds no intention of tampering with the Trap in a way that would frustrate their dedicated fans.  The cloverleaf chair provides a buff that makes your chances luckier but its absence is not a penalty.  Certainly hope not!

Because there was quite an uproar on the us forum about those with the chair getting nothing and those without, getting rewards.

I can attest to the fact that I got all the rewards without the chair in a rather short amount of time, but perhaps it was before these supposed tweaks went in.

Tweaks? well the proof in the pudding would be hearing from people who recently started playing the Trap-O-Matic.  If the majority reports a whole lineup of Smoke Machines, perhaps some more adjustment is in order.

I got nothing for a week and 2 days and then go the flying doomnut, my brother was lucky enough (to me anyway) to get that golden ninja suit so I said it was my turn but got the flying doomnut instead. Today my brother went on it again to receive yet another golden ninja suit! Should of been mine!  Lol.

I bought the clover chair for my glade (fits well) but have only won a smoke machine and thing in a box since it started. I'm either REALLY unlucky, or something is wrong. I'll Just go with my luck though since I've noticed these things never work for me.

Shouldn't have bought that chair, but I was drunk and my glade said it needed it...

i was only ever getting smoke machines or the doughnut,but since they tweeted about tinkering with the clover chair i got the other 3 each day after that,so ive finally finished with it now, roll on the next update for aurora as this 1 weren't the greatest
