Same here. Ive given up trying now, in fear of my PS3 breaking.

Tried to enter this a dozen times and it has crashed my PS3 a dozen times.  Two friends have the same problem - none of us have successfully opened it.

PS It would be nice if there was a chance to win something that half of us don't already have.

There are definitely some issues with Events Landing.

First time I tried to go in I got a lockup too.  Second time, it worked.  Tried just now, it worked.  Tri Sphere would not get rid of the popup of who won from the middle of my screen though so I went back to my apartment then tried to go back in, lockup.

Rebooted, went back in fine.
