Hi guys and girls

I was wondering why the points are set to 22 ?

Would it no be great to have more active items in your personal space ? If they cost 11 we could obviously fit in double the items. I personaly feel and wish the points could be lowered to help us enjoy our personal spaces a bit more and wanted to know the community views on this idea ?

Not only would this make it more enjoyable for us but should create more of an income for sony as we would go out and buy more items, especialy those who are only limited to having a few personal spaces.

How about we make a petition to increase every purchased PS3's RAM by 4GB?
Better yet, how about we petition for chickens to fly?

The 22 point level was something which was set in an older version of Home

When the latest update to Home was released (Was it last week or the week before?) they said at the time that active objects could now be made using less points, depending on their complexity. Complex active items would still use 22, less complex would use less

However....

They also said that already existing active items would stay at 22 points and only newer active items, created using the latest version of the Home engine and SDK would be able to use the varying scale

Actually, I think I read somewhere that since the big update to the new version, the active items should be able to be made with considerably less than even 11 points or slots. But I'd sign that petition any day Ed!

Ed i agree with you lol but be willing to pay alot extra for the 4gb ram bit

As for the active items just meens we spend a little bit extra (optional) of course if we want extra items so its in our interest as it gives us more fexability and sony's pockets fill with our money lol

I know Sony drops the ball on a lot of things, but I have to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to maximizing their ability to sell to us, so if it were possible for them to lower the point count on active items or increase the number of total points for spaces, they would do so.  I mean both of those directly impact their sales.
