Where in the navi do you download the theatre from?

It's not there yet, but has been put up in another region.
So a simple jump to a friend will work.

I presume we get the theatre and booth on thursday then?

No, the theatre will appear some time today on the navi and the booth Tuesday 8pm BST.

Think I'll be watching E3 on my PC for my surround sound setup :]. But I really can't wait for tonight E3, E3 is the only gaming event that gets my blood pumping, I have major nerd fits every year when Sony plays them awesome Drum & Bass tunes in there gaming mashup videos, Sony's press events have always been so entertaining but last year was a bit of a meh :/
