PlayStation Home Ideas 

After hosting the Home Community Meet Up for the past few months, I've notice that many of you have so many great ideas for new functions and features that could be include in Home. 

So after hearing many great ideas. I've decided to create a thread where all of you can post your ideas for features in Home and to discuss how well the idea could work in Home. If it is a new emote or a PDA function, whatever it is please post it. 

I'll make sure to forward your ideas from this thread to the Home Team and you never know some ideas could be put into Home.

Here's an idea how about assisting people with the issues and problems they have over in the tech issue thread, there has been many many issues that users have posted and I see no response from any of the mods to acknowledge the problem which is upsetting us the community,the only time we even see you guys around any more is to move threads,delete or edit posts or ridiculous threads like this where there are other issues in hand,

you want us to use the service and enjoy it so why not have the decency to support us like you used to!!

dont just take my word for it have a look in the section the only time you see any mods name appear is for posts being moved, so my idea is to bring back the support for issues in home like we used to get instead of this silent treatment we seem to get....

As for any ideas, honestly, not really. I don't use it enough to come up with anything that could be benifical to anyones needs except my own slightly erotic ones, like getting the shadow coding from the Sullys Bar space, and adding it into every other space, as it seriously makes avatars bootays look the real deal.

First off we really need someone that can talk to 1st and 3rd party developers about problems with content e.g.  UFC space , Ligne Roset sofas and chairs as there is no official response to when they'll get fixed. It used to be Alex and maybe MB but now they've gone we have no one to represent us leaving issues unresolved.

Here is my suggestion..

Back in the day, when a new PS3 game came out and was advertised on Home, we'd get map's come out like LittleBigPlanet, Dead Nation or Uncharted.

Nowadays, they are always temporary maps, like killzone & dead island.

Dead island is the most epic map on Home, so my suggestion is, can't we keep it? Like we have kept Golf Lounge, Infamous, Wipeout etc?

Just because it's based on USA's plaza, why scrap such a good space in a month or so, never to be used again?

Back to the original post, I have some ideas for you:

1. Modify the "Ignore" option to stop the ignored person from being able to see what we typed and stop us from seeing what they type.
2.  Modify the "Mute" option to do the same as ignore but with voice chat.
3. Add a "Hide" option which does the same as the above two suggestions in addition to hiding the selected avatar from view and hiding you from the avatar (so neither can see each other).
4. A Vidzone Clubhouse or Personal Space. This space would be like the public SingStar space but either private or semi-private (club) and has Vidzone integration so we can watch music videos (or just listen to the music) of our own choosing.
5. As IREM is leaving, we are going to need a new beach; and preferably one we can swim in. It also needs an area to stand around and chat. I think a design like the image below would be ideal:

It has grass area to stand around and chat, water to play in and a building (Store to sell virtual items).

This space could easily be merged into the Harbour Town theme of the default Home spaces in EU.

Some much asked for features ...

1. Get rid of The Spit action.

2.  Increase the number of active items allowed in clubs/apartments.

3. Make all public spaces global.

Nothing new there I know, but, let's have some feedback as to the likelyhood of them being implemented.
