Exactly!
Once again it seems like one rule for them and another for us.

The problem is not really in the travel but the gaining of clothing from contests in the region you do not live in and taking it back to your reagion. Now on the surface that is not wrong since they allow those items to be displayed in the personal spaces with out problems since personal spaces are not region locked so that we can communicate with others we meet in games that are outside our region but on the PSN.
The problem is when items of clothing are then taken to the Central/Home Plazas of each region which is clearly a violation of the TOSUSA or regions associated. To get the clothing to work in the Plazas of different regions there has to be some sort of bypass to the PSN so that the clothing items are not tagged as belonging to a specific region. Which would technically be either modifiying the code without permission or some other minor technicallity.
The problem in the SCEA region is that they decided to allow minors to access the network that are not able to sign a legal contract and since these minors are the same ones that have been involved in the Hacking of the clothing there is a legal dilema that occurs. Since you really can not prove that a specific individual did a Hack without spending large sums of cash and it really is not costing them any reall sort of money they choose to ignore the infraction (bad idea it leads to other infractions of a larger nature).
So now it is out in the open that no punishment is being meted out in the SCEA regions. So now there will be more infractions of this nature.
My opinion is that I would like to see region travel in some form because I would just like to see what the other areas are like. I have taken vacations to the middleeast and have relatives that live in Austria so seeing the world was what I figured could be done in Home on a virtual scale. And no I don't need google earth do do that, I was hoping to meet new people in EU and maybe other places to learn and expand the knowledge that is so limited in the US about the outside world...
I spent a Summer in Austria in 1972 During the dark days of the Olympics that were held in Germany and so it has been a while being back for me. So even just being able to talk to people from the region and maybe the possibility of finding a relative on the PSN made it a selling point for me to getting my PS3.
