I have never came across a webpage so badly designed in my life.

I signed up to SodiumOne website ages ago when it was released and forgot all about it, I have changed my email last year, I remembered that I signed up for SodiumOne and wanted to find how to change the email.

But guess what? There no way to change it! Not even a way to change your password, the same for the LockwoodPublishing website.

This is badly designed, what would happen if someone hacked into your old email or something? Well Lockwood is like sorry can't be bothered to add a My account section onto there website.

This is the first website I have ever seen to do this.

Can someone help me? Or am I missing something?

I can't even register because Vickie won't give me my register code. I spose it's a NA Home thing.

Anyway, I looked around the side and found your right. It does not say in the terms and conditions that you cannot modify your account so you must be able to update it somehow. Have you tried contacting Lockwood?

Or you could always make a new account.

Nope, we use to recieve a code from vickie too, but lockwood removed it.

Which is a shame really as i believe that was the only way to recieve the sodium aeroplane tail table.

We did have the codes at one point and to sign up again you need to enter the code Vickie gives you (And I'm guessing it's a one time only code). And your right it does not say anything in the terms and conditions about not being able to change your email, so that's pretty fail right there. Anyone know if there going to update there website to allow this? Because I find it hard to believe that would not add a feature to a simple website to change your email. Does anyone know how to contact them directly by email?

I don't think theres plans to update it but I soppose you got nothing to loose by asking them.

No problem , usual response time is around the 2 day mark but can be round the end of the week mark.
