I'm going to be going through this thread taking appropriate action where it is needed.

Like a lot of people have pointed out, Home is really meant for gamers over the age of 16 and yes, it is there in the terms of service. Think of it as an online chatroom available to the users of an online gaming service.

Home has a reporting function which alerts moderators to chatlogs and locations. if you come across anyone in Home attempting to engage you in inappropriate discussion, use the ignore function to mute their text from your chatlog. If you feel offended by anything they have said, use the report function by pressing select.
