Oh I can answer that 

• Remove every piece of tacky gold trim and gold objects
• Make items like the living room chairs and sofas moveable

• The ability to sit in the cars (and better style) in the garage.

Now this bit is what we should have anyway but haven't

• The ability to change it's wallpaper
• The ability to play music and movies on that big screen TV.
• The ability to use Picture Frames properly.

In essence I want to know I'm getting a good deal for the Mansion and that it's been thought out with the comunity in mind instead of rushing it leaving a bitter taste after buying it.

Agree massively all round, especially the bold highlighted bit....would be great as a single space house!

What would you prefer in place of gold? How about different colour shades of polished marble?

I agree with them as well, but it' doubtful we'll ever get to see it.

Whether it was intentional or not and it might be old news now though (I confess I didn't look for it) but EU home already has a fully functioning picture frame.  It is a tad small though but it works perfectly.

Now that is a well thought out list, very impressive.  I completely agree with everything you have suggested.  That would truly make this a worthy space and justify all the hype its been getting.

Well, the EOD (Entertainment On Demand) system that Loot uses is all just web links anyways, so I really don't see why we couldn't have it in the EU. But then, these spaces have been around for a while now which tells me there's still probably law/regional problems stopping us getting them. Shame really, as I think the Loot spaces are by far the best apartments available in Home right now, considering what you get for your money in comparison to other, more plain spaces.

Also Fritches, right on there with that list mate. I think the EU Home team need to employ you.

Well I want to it to be the best Personal Space in Home if I'm spending over £5 on it.

I thought the pricetag for the Dream Yacht was steep but when I got invited to one you can see it's worth the pricetag and quite happily brought it and I can say that one Personal Space has completely revamped my other Apartments. You can see it's been thought out to every detail not to mention the quality of it.

Where as The Mansion just looks rushed and only been produced with one thing in mind which inturn looks horrible. As far as I'm aware there's only the Dream Yacht and The Mansion that have a high pricetag in Home and out of both of them the Dream Yacht is of a higher standard.

I do think if they handed it over to Lockwood and let them make it then it would be a star buy.

Personally I prefer more understated spaces like the luxury boat house or penthouse suite (not the tycoon one). Silvers, blacks, whites and greys I suppose with solid wood. HOWEVER, I appreciate that is not to everyones taste and people like brighter things so Fritches suggestion of the ability to change wallpaper would be most welcome. After all we can do it in the studio so why not in a space that costs £8.99?

I see the division in the community has started

Its not really my cup of tea tbh, and the perk in the other apartments for owning the mansion seem a tad poor to me.
If SCEE wanted to introduce an Exclusive range i would of preferred them to create something new for us rather than the SCEA stuff.

Erm I do like the counter finish Mydeco uses on their countertops. 

Would love to see Mydeco make an Apartment.

I agree,that's a great idea. When I visited a US friends version I had to turn the Gamma down. That would be a feature welcomed in any Apartment. Oh forgot to mention that it should come with a Day/Night Cycle aswell.

That's the thing , I don't think there's any laws in the way. Lockwood has a Twitter feed and a Facebook feed ( I think ) in their Sodium Hub and maybe nDreams in their War Room Clubhouse. I just think developers other than LOOT and nDreams will not use it in an Apartment or Clubhouse and I don't see why. I thinks it's an undertapped feature that could have great potential.

Haha that would be good, I think they wouldn't like it though I am quite stubborn and will not budge on something I think is right and what I want.

And that's something I don't get ... the tools are there to implement the feature so why don't developers see this and use it. If I had my way I'd make that feature mandatory and implement into every Apartment released and every Apartment going to be released.
