Well theres been a few of these over the course of home's life cycle.So the question really is were to start

So there are a few of the predecessors and EPIC as they as are the time has come for the emm reshureskshun <<deliberate typo btw so without any further ado i bring you the FAQ

What is Playstation® Home :

• Playstation® Home is Virtual World made by SCEI to join PS3 users in all regions and let them have somewere to talk chat and Game launch games however theres more than just that. Home is a interactive world that has no other competitors and stands in a leauge of it's own.

NOTE: Home is currently in a open beta phase so it's constantly growing and evolving based on your ideas and those of the community around you.

I wanna complain/report a bug/kudos Home. So how do i do it :

• Simples the board your  currently reading this FAQ on is the best place to post your feedback of any nature relative to home just remember the House Rules when posting please or ill be a sad piggy
• Now to actualy do it you  just follow these simple steps

1.Click New Message near top left corner of webpage

2.write inthe big box  what you feel you wanna post

3.Click post just under the big box you just wrote in

i know that simple .

• Another option is and this is more for bug reporting i would say send a PM to Thylaudax when necessary and im sure he will be happy to read and try answer your query and such.

In Home Questions :

Why is our home different from the other regions :

1. This is because the content you see in these regions are developed by different people
   
   USA - Developed By SCEA
   JAPAN - Developed by SCEJ
   Hong Kong - Developed by SCEHK
   EU - Developed by SCEE
   
   2.Some items are created by outsourced companies i.e ndreams , veemee and lockwood etc now this outsourcing is by contract with one or more of the above regions so whichever regions have the contract signed will get the proposed content.

I keep getting abuse from another user what can i do ? :

• What to do here is note the user name and report them via the ingame report function.

How do i report someone :

• Press select on your dualshock/sixaxis controller you will then appear on the safe screen and there is a submit a report feature so click on that then choose the username you noted for giving abuse and then select which reason you are reporting them for and send report.

NOTE: This is not a pager to the home moderation team what it does its collects the data reletave to your report i.e chat logs movements a screenshot or two etc and sends a report to the mods who will open the report then deal with the matter.

What can i do in home :

• There's a bundle of things to do in home now. Be it minigames in the red bull space or the uncharted 2 space or playing with your epic bubble machine or taking pictures of all of the above with your top of the range home camera(screenshot only) theres always going to be plenty of fun to be had with the toys SONY provide.
  
  Remember homes a community based product so your expeirences in it good or bad are really gonna be what you make of them so let your imagination run wild.

Does home cost to use :

• Nope its an entirely free service so that in its self is full of WIN although there is ingame content that you can choose to pay for think of these as home DLC but dont feel you need to do this as there is freebies from the shopping centre and there are minigame rewards aswell so dont feel too discouraged peeps theres something to cater to your needs and your wallets.

Home Updates when are they whats in them ? :

• Ok the big question every week Usually playstation home updates on thursdays at around 8AM/9AM and can be down for several hours until all regions have completed their maintanence and updating but as soon as its back up check the forums there is always a thread or two to notify you of it being up.
• For What is actually in the updates check the EU blog [http://blog.eu.playstation.com/] << will usually have the home content update on a wednesday and it usually will make its way to the forums aswell so you will find it somewere.

Im english but surrounded by non english speaking users :

• Sadly Due to the EU region being a very diversed place there are many languages  active in home so its really just your luck on who's around though if it gets too much just simply relocate to a new instance and hopefully your wishes are answered.

Home XMB issues :

I need to delete home how do i do it :

1. On the XMB goto home
2. Highlight it and press triangle
3. Now scroll down to delete
4. press X
5. home will delete

I need to reinstall home hows it done :

1. If home becomes corrupt try this first
2. Do what i have stated aboved about deleting home
3. Home will still show on your XMB
4. Press X on it and it will start downloading home
5. log back in

Error Codes i need help :

• Ok not so much an XMB issue but these codes are well to us users just codes as they dont have any meaning although through time some have changed like the D35 error at times was replaced bya maintance message when it was needed other than this they are there ad thy suck i suggest noting them down however and sent thy a pm or something about them

General Questions :

I heard of a new beta is this true :

• It may or may not be true but all beta's have NDA's and i hope non testers and testers alike respect this fact.

I found a glitch what do i do :

• Have a bit of fun with it as long as it does not disrupt games and then report it via the correct means.

Home Froze HELP:

• Just reset your PS3 its all you can do to rectify this problem.

I have some EPIC home news can i post it :

• Yes post away however before doing so do a quick search to see if your news has already been posted or not if not then feel free to inform us of MB's dirty socks available for a limited time only in threads .

I said a non abusive word but it got filtered :

• Outta my control here but this is just the word filter to block swearing please remember it caters to swearing in all lanuages not just english so in some cases an english spoken word may be a swear in another lanuage so please take note of this.

• Event spaces - These run from time to time and are full of great surprises

hmm

it seems that this is a real big problem for my english friends. Its really sad that so much different speaking countries have to share EU-Home with other countries. But maybe there would be a little chance if the english speaking countries could join the americans; then  we would have an english-free european community and we all would be perfectly happy.... So, why u don't start a initiative with the target to become a member of the SCEA Region?

Sorry, to mention this in a FAQ is absolutely absurd..; the rest is ok..

sadly due to the nature of mankind there are men on this planet. Active as a woman in home so its really just your luck on who's around though if it gets too much just simply relocate to a new instance and hopefully your wishes are answered.
