Thought I would share progress on the writing of the comms for the 21st (next week.) Its a new way of doing things here and its not going badly, considering the amount of things that have to change to accomodate it, but is presenting some "challenges"

Currently I have oversight of just about everything going into the package next week but theres a few things that are pretty broad topics and I dont actually know what they mean for you.

If they're background changes you simply wouldnt notice at all, then I wouldnt mention them. 

Should have everything cleared up soon and then I can finish off the messages and then get them to the translators. Hope to have this first "new message" ready for Friday.

WOW, that's quick moving there Ted in doing the 'new messages' for this week already. Big Kudos

Where as i personally really appreciate  the focus now on spaces, i hope it's not going to mean other major things suffer like around E3 for example where i'm sure there were stuff in the works?

It will almost certainly be a new approach.

However, its so far off I've nothing further to add other than to say we dont want to go back to how it was, but we do want to offer far more than you have now.

i love all the new comments from the managers etc, for example in the 14th Maintenence thread, its this kinda communication that works, keeps them in the public eye, an they've sum funny stuff to say too...

Thanks for the heads up Ted, yeah it was a nightmare spoilt by a few idiots. Do miss it though. i did have an idea for a concept but I'm sure you already thought of it, based around group locked chat., similar lines to setting up a game launching game so only those people could here each other.

Well I hope you guys do change the way EU do get there items and Spaces, And I hope the *Time Table* Is great for the summer and not a *Sorry No new  Content today* Post that I have to look at every time.there has to be some kind of Event comeing up? *ahummm E3 ahummm*

News update about 21st May approved and submitted to the translation team. Its usually a 2 day turn around so publishing Friday afternoon at the earliest, otherwise Monday. Either of those is an improvement over "just after the content was released" like last week.

Having thought about it I'm not sure publishing the message on a Thursday is such a wise idea, it might confuse people as Thursdays are update days and they might think "today" when seeing it. Therefore I think Friday morning is probably the ideal time but I hope to be able to try both and see how they work out.

I'm Ok with a Monday beginning of the week approach so theres a clear gap and it relates to that weeks content release.
