Im not familiar with Watchmen, but absolutley love superhero films etc. ... Rorschach, that name rings a bell, anything to do with the psycholigical image tests done to identify thought patterns? Im guessing we won't be getting the cool looking outfits and will only get the t shirts and clocks???
You´re right, the character takes his name after the Rorschach blot on his mask... Hope the one we get doesn´t change pattern as the original one did, or I will pee in my pants...

Jesus, good call! Not read Watchmen in a while and that original costumes sordid background slipped my 'noggin for a moment - my superhero geek cravings got the best of me there.

Here's hoping this opens up some sort of Marvel/DC tie in eventually!
Screw Marvel. DC fanboy all the way.
Milnerant: I'll give you a lowdown on Watchmen if I'm on tonight. Great book shame the film looks like it could be a poor imitation.

Nice one Pza... Im a humungous fan of X men in particular. if its anything like that I cant wait. Watchmen looks positively dark and psychologically weird, just my sort of film! i don't do books lol, Im more a of a film fan. Loving the style of the costumes and only scanned the wiki page for the info, but has sort of filled me in a bit.

Heh heh.
Here's hoping for a Christopher Reeve original superman costume. Or a Heath Ledger Joker costume, make up, the works.
Green Lantern ftw.
I imagine we will get a range of DC costumes to tie in with DC Universe Online but with that being months away there is no way Mr The Dog will tell us anything yet.

Some answers to your questions:
can i have an invitation please
Sorry, its a rather exclusive event
Will the costumes be available in sections (i.e. Rorschach's costume minus the mask or hat, etc) or is it the full costume solely? Either is great.
They're in 5 parts each
Will the male t-shirts also be available in black? Not a fan of white. Also, an all yellow version with the smiley would be great.
Male and female T-Shirts will be available in both Black and White.

I did a whole module at Uni on Rorschach. Even made an image constructed out of my own ink blots. Anything remotely related to the world of Psychology/Psychiatry and how the mind works fascinates me
