It means he's mexican (or South American). Cause the American servers have the Uncharted and Far Cry areas already.

Also JIJIJI or JAJAJA is laughing. Their Js are purnounces H.

The codes for the US home uncharted space are available.

I'm pretty sure there's an article about them on n4g, so check there
