'Pulling together'. Is that a euphonism for advising the t-shirt producers to work through the night?
Obviously the under-age workers can get a bit of sleep, but only two hours, they're not paid to sleep!

And then you've the 'Localisation' department, liaising with all the European localities to ensure the obscure patterns and occasional words on the aforementioned t-shirts do not fall foul of any local laws.

Perhaps the Americans get them first as a kind of 'human testing' environment, just in case any t-shirts have the annoying habit of bursting into flame or cutting arms off, etc. Also, we should always bear in mind that a smug American is a happy American.

It's a shame that the NA and EU Home packages weren't released at the same time, but I guess that this may  be due to having to create a package for the EU that'll work for all countries with Home. I also doubt that we'll get our Home items until after E3.

No, there not live yet. 

When they become live the first place Sony will share the information will be the Blog then here.

Then when they will be accesible from the shop tab in The Navigator.
