I saw this a week or so ago in the Xi Alumni Hub, but I don't know what it is (the "hat"). Please excuse me if this is a noobish question with a very simple answer.

Its headware that you can only download for Japanese home, but obviously they region jumped.

I am pretty confident in saying that these are a weird hat that you win from completing some kind of game in the Japanese Home (arcade game, i think). Glad you didn't post any obvious evidence of who these players are, because it could get them in trouble for region-hopping. Try searching for 'cone heads' or ice cream' on these forums and you should get a lot more info. In addition, anyone that thinks of accusing sdw4 of not using the search function before posting - It's not exactly an easy thing to search for if you are trying to describe this look - imo.

Thanks for the info; and I actually did try searching for this in the forums, but as you said, it isn't an easy thing to search for if no-one knows what it is exactly
