Personally, I would like something very stylish and modern.

It doesn't need to be big. Big appartments look empty with the current limit on items you can decorate with.

Instead, lets have a nice outdoor area.... gardens, pools etc. with a few activities.

I've always wanted to have a walk in the gardens outside the Luxury Lakehouse.... over the bridge, among the fireflys...... but it's all just for show while the house remains 'empty'

And it needs to have a spectacular view, whether its the LA skyline, a futuristic city, or a moutain forest range. Something that you can just enjoy for hours.

A Day / night cycle as seen in games like GTA and Oblivion would be great...  Indoor and Outdoor lights would change the whole mood of your appartment. 

Developers.... I hope you're taking notes?

I've mentioned this before but I think that I would like to see a camp site at night.

Imagine a large tent in the middle of a forest next to a babbling stream with crickets and other creatures making noises.

Imagine it set at night with a beautiful starry sky with a full moon reflecting on the stream with a small waterfall not too far away.

Furniture could be:

Log benches

Camp fire

Sleeping bags

Some stools and fishing rods near the stream

a parked 4x4 with a trailer for carrying all your camping utilities

a couple of small tents and a large tent

Fishing or hunting tools

No advertising boards or posters or anything that would look out of place in a campsite would have to be barred.

I would love a Fallout Apoartment of some sort perhaps a Lucky 38 suite with a balcony? Or a Normandy captains cabin.

Oh perhaps a full Millenium Falcon apartment.

I wouldnt mind a combo of the blasters paradise hut with waterfall and wheel. but being able to walk around inside then outside a kind of tranquil garden with a pond or something from the waterfall. like the japanese apartment. kind of a mesh up of the two if you will.

Ideal personal space will be Baster's Paradise with useable watermill lodge where user able to decorate and visitor can enter it and have fun in the waterfall without having to do like this:-
