Ok , lets not mess about anymore . We all know that nearly every user of this forum has more than one account and that a lot of us visit the other Homes . My favourite is the Japanese Home which leads me to this observation.
I visit the Japanese Home 2 or 3 times a week and it takes 30 seconds at the most to log in to it and I have never , I repeat NEVER been booted or crashed or had my PS3 freeze while using it . Very different from when I use the EU or NA Homes which can sometimes take as long as 15 to 20 mins to log in to and of course I'm constantly getting the errors which are such a popular topic of this forum .
So I guess my question is , is the Japanese Home team better at there job than the teams of the other Homes . I accept that all the Homes are very different from each other , especially Europe with all the different languages that need to be catered for . But after being live for 4 or 5 years now ( i'm not really sure when Home started ) you would think all the teams would have some sort of handle on making the place stable . Please let me know what you think about this because i'm sure its not just me that thinks this , or maybe it is ??????
I don't really use Japan home so i wouldn't know anything about it's stability. I have noticed though that NA home takes forever to load up and it freezes like nothing i've ever seen before. EU Home for all it's flaws to me is well... Home. In my opinion EU Home has one of the best community's and atmosphere's from any other region i have seen. Yeah it isn't perfect, but i couldn't leave it.
I would say yes that in the past JP Home's team would have been better but it is afterall a Japanese product. I think now that we have a dedicated Home Community Coordinator that thing's will change a lot around here. It's down to you guys to let Zoba know what you want to see and any problems you come across!

You see ... Home was done by a team in England (the Liverpool team I believe). However I am not so sure where their servers are ... you might have some in Japan , some in the West ... it would explain server integrity and threshholds being constantly tested in EU & US Home.
Because I believe it is more a server issue and data sending issue ( oh and there is the problem of cheap WiFi components ) ...
I do not think feeding this back to our new Home Leader will fix anything ... it is in the hands of the developer Clerics and their Master's bidding. I also think community rhetoric in this discussion is not only self serving but irrelevant ... it does not answer Miss claremac90's question.
claremac90 - I think the Japanese Home society has a more stable Home than its European counterparts ... our great ally China and the Hong Kong people, too, have more stable connectivity!

Yes because Sony have a great track record of managing their customers personal information (name address etc) dont they, and ensuring that information is safe and secure. -_-
@ Clare, Im the same as Vicki, I dont use the japan version as I cant read Kanji, so I cant comment on the stability of Japan. I will say though that the NA server is THE worst for stability. The forced spawning in the hub doesnt help mind you and whichever genius at SCEA thought that was a good idea needs sacking.
You also mention load/start up times. That has more to do with how much content you own on your accounts though I think. If you have a bulging wardrobe and and more personal spaces than toes and fingers it will take longer to load from start up.
