Having seen this posted in several threads now, I want to comment:

The Winter Wonderland and Codeglue content are worked on by two separate developers. Within SCEE, the two projects are overseen by two separate members of staff. The two are completely unrelated and the scheduling of the Wonderland had no direct impact on the scheduling for the Codeglue content. I say "no direct impact" as we do have a maximum limit of content we can prepare for each week, so obviously the inclusion of larger projects for a specific week can have an indirect impact by taking up a portion of that limit. Having said that, however, we always endeavour to make content available as soon as we can.

When that content arrives in the schedule depends on many factors. One of the primary factors is the schedule of the developer producing the content: they often have their own plans on when they want to release content, and where possible we will do everything we can to accomodate those plans.
