fighting in home square

i think there should be some knid of fighting on home to settle arguments.. not all out  fighting but maybe a mini 1round boxing game

or a classic arcade fighting game (double dragon or street frighter or something) or maybe some sort of armwrestling all in da name of fun of course... cos when ppl ***** you off and u tell dem to meet you on call of duty or gta iv or some other game to settle things they never show up..... just an idea....

chill out is all i say, dont lower yourself to their level, rise above it. theres no need to promote violence in any circumstance, plus there are pool tables chess tables etc, plenty of ways to settle a score.

Re: fighting in home square

I don't think that'd be such a great idea.

I was on a forum once that had a fighting forum which was basically for people to settle their arguments and a group of losers would just go around picking fights with everyone knowing that the mods would just move the topic over there and they could just fight without worrying about getting in trouble..

If they added boxing or arm wrestling minigames to settle arguements the same thing would happen on Home and people would go looking to annoy people.

Re: fighting in home square

Maybe just for fun, there's a ring around central plaza, and other people can watch. Not to settle things though. Just to show gaming skill. Or maybe a private area, that's like a T rated area.

Haha I love the idea of Chess take-downs. At least that would prove something vaguely intellectual. :smileyvery-happy: I was about to say something similar. People need to sort out their attitudes. If anyone ***** you off surely they've done it verbally or argumentatively.. How would fighting settle anything? The ONLY time i can see a legitimate use for a game fight is if you're getting into a big argument about who's better at a particular game.

Fighting (and winning) only proves one thing - that you're better at fighting. Doesn't mean you were actually right in the first place.

Re: fighting in home square

This is the same basic concept as allowing violent actions such as punching, kicking, pushing, etc.

Theyre not going to implement it, it's a community, it's Home. Not Warzone.

They should port Wii Sports to PS3!!
