my new area for home

its called GENERATION MUSEUM. in one area would be history of video games right back to when they first started. you could try out the games like space invaders etc, obviously it wouldn't have certain games in it due to licences, but im sure they could have bits of litriture on mario. so you would got to say the game pong read about it and then play it, then go to say mario bros no game but read about it. there could be models of characters and also walkthrough levels with some commentary in each area. the next area would be toys past to present, you could play virtual etch a sketch, rubix cube and board games. again you could read the history on each product and even purchase action figures. next area would be sport next would be TV & Film im thinking of other areas, but from each area you can buy life size models for ur home like lara croft

Re: my new area for home

Nice concept but it would be a licensing nightmare!

Nothing Microsoft or Nintey would be there, so that means no Mario.

A lot of the publishers wouldn't do it either, it would cost too much as well.

Which is a shame, because I would quite like to see it:smileyhappy:

i think microshaft and nintendick would go for it. they'd have they're games and brand constantly advertised on home.

Re: my new area for home

There is allready a game like that on the PS2. why dont sony just take the games from that.

(TAITO Legends) most old games are on there.

Re: my new area for home

or better yet.

a museum based off reality. People nowadays pay less attention to history, the things your grandparents fought for etc.

Me myself know very little about WWI. And i think if it was virtual i'd be much more interested in going to find about it, rather than going to a real life museum. going to a real museum feels arcaic, whereas a virtual one engages you.

Re: my new area for home

Completing achievements in the Namco Museum beta unlocks arcade machines for your house. But you need a japanese account to download that at the moment and it's apparently against Sony's policies.

So if that annoying person comes in here saying "OMG YOU ARE BREAKING THE RULES YOU WILL BE PUNISHED" tell him from me, to *****, because he's rather rather annoying.
