i have had thisd problem,i think where you mean is from the central plaza trying to get into the apartment block...i got stuck in the door,and it said loading scene error or something like that jowever there are two ways of getting about,1 is from the central plaza going to the arcades or cinema,the other is pressing start and entering your ..thing (that i thought was meant to be a PSP?)..and then going into locations from there..so if you get stuck,press startt and try changing places from there
