Alright... its me again.

There is a problem with the 1.65 patch, the ps3 is freezing everytime on the ''Important Information'' screen.

This seems to be only for scandinavians again, who guessed?

Please fix it and yes i tried to delete Home!

Also without sounding bad, whoever does the tweets about Home seems not to understand properly.

I tweeted:

''Really seems to hit always me with probs :'( , @PSHomeEU just froze now the 2nd time on the 'important information' screen...''

And got back:

''@Nordlyset87 The maintenance is still ongoing, which is why you can't get into to PS Home. Please bear with us.''

Yeah same here, installed 1.65 and tried to start Home. Froze at the loading screen.... *sigh* Good to see we're back at the old freezealot versions z_z Oh and I'm also scandinavian... but that shouldn't matter eh?

Im tired of all these problem with PSN and home that seems only to hit scandinavian users. Fix it please.

When downloading the newest "1.65 Core Update" of #PSHome later, wait for the orange HDD light to STOP flashing before you install!

Did you read my post? Did i say its happening on loading screen of ''Important Information'' (which comes up after installing a patch) or when i press x to install the patch?

I dont even get to important information. It freeze the moment i click in to home

I always wait for the HDD lights to stop flashing (even though such a smart system as PS3 should be able to install and exit stuff without problems). It seems though that there are severe problems within Sony to master their own console in such a simple construct which is known as Home. For several years Home have been the single most freeze happy thing I could start on the PS3. It's free?! Yeah damn right, Free Freezes for everyone!

Try setting the language of the PS3 to english, deleting the game data and redownloading Home?

Well... changing the xmb menue language to english actually worked!Tried many thing but not this! No need to delete anything

Seems like the 1.65 version is causing the ps3 to freeze when it is in any scandinavian language.

So everyone of us just change the language till its fixed (hopefully):

Settings > System Settings > System Language > English

Instillinger > Systeminnstillinger > Systemspråk > Engelsk

Why does it have always something to do with our languages?
