Community Team Members?

"It's important that, if you raise a bug, you check back in on your thread regularly. We may need more information from you, so please stay in touch.

After you have raised the bug, a member of the Community Team will respond to let you know that we have either escalated the bug, or that we regard it as a non-issue. In the latter case, we will lock your thread.

If we escalate your bug, we will provide you with updates as and when they become available to us. Once your bug has been resolved, we will 'Solve' your thread and post details as to any fix you need to perform. Once this has been done, you should check out the 'Saying Thanks' section of this guide for details on what to do next."

Just where are these Community Team who arnt following the said requirements we are supposed to follow?

Or are these requirements only as a broad basis to brush over the questions people are asking with aboslute no response from Sony Staff, who actually get PAID to be on these boards, but it seems that it is US the normal PSN users who are helping each other on here, who don't DO this for money or free games or trips to Gamescom or E3. We do this cause we are proud PS3 users, seems that the staff at Sony ain't that proud of their place of work. You can go to board after board & see no replies to peoples questions on problems.

I'm getting sick & tired of this & it is getting out of hand. We are all Sony customers & we are getting treated like ........like...........xbox customers. :smileytongue:

Thanx

Check out my... let's call it Bug-Blog:

We're going into week #4 tomorrow and not even bugs regarding PAID items are being taken care of. Not even a response whether they're planning to take care of it.

That said, I don't think anyone here gets paid for "maintainig" this forums. I can't imagine somene would keep even 1 such incompetent person hence - there's no one there. Maybe (!) if a bug would make your PS3 explode and an insurance company would call Sony, then you might get a response :smileywink:

Re: Community Team Members?

i know whay you mean , i have been asking for information on the UFC errors as still cannot use my apartment or the public space but haven't got a reply , i ended up having to look on US forums and posting links on here so people know whats going on , shocked by lack of customer support ,not sure if its due 2 staffing issues as since Thy and MB left we seem to be on our own

Re: Community Team Members?

I agree, surely they can't just think we would be able to help the community with all their questions do they. That's putting a very big weight on the communites shoulders especially them ones that help people out alot.

I do believe that it's down to staff leaving and the people in charge not knowing everypart of staffs roles. We do need more people like MB and Alex that will actually speak to the right people to make them aware of problems. I would like to believe that problems like Ligne Roset's sofas and seats issue and the UFC space is not fixed is down to the devs not knowing.

Re: Community Team Members?

yea the lack or non existent communication from the Mods is very disappointing and has dramatically gone down hill since the departure of some well known community leaders, especially as some of the issues are related to paid items in which people have spent money on and all they ask is for it to be acknowledged and is being looked into
