EL FUERTE MASK

Hi all,

 

Bought the El Fuerte Mask today, was charged and have order confirmation with the item on the receipt but the mask never appeared, went into storage and still no mask :-(

I had a similar issue earlier but had already done the way to fix it before I knew I had a problem.

If you go into the Loot store, there should be a free red bone ornament. If you purchase that the store will recognise your mask purchase and will place it into storage for you. This should work with any free store item that you don't have already.

Thanks for the Kudos alas it would seem I wasn't the first person to have thought of the name as I am number 2 lol

I bought the red bone ornament from the loot shop and it still didn't work, rang sony on the phone they said they would email me but I haven't heard anything in a week now

This issue still hasn't been resolved in case anyone was wondering. I have had numerous telephone converstions with Playstation support UK and two months later nothing has been fixed despite them informing me twice that it has been fixed! :catsad:

Just in case you didn't know, you can actually use the same account on all your consoles :smileywink:

It's strange that the issue hasn't been resolved. It hasn't been placed in the wrong section or even gender has it? I know that's been an issue in the past.If it doesn't show up then I'd suggest asking for a refund. You have proof of purchase but haven't received the item, so you're within your rights to get your money back.
