Just to add my two cents, been having the same problem for a week now, after being kicked numerous times I actually did manage to buy some stuff from the store which is nowhere to be found in my inventory ( no, the items are not in storage ) After that debacle I deleted Home as I'd read that it might help and now it won't re - install !! I appreciate  problems arise, nothing is perfect,  but this is obviously affecting a lot of people and we're just being left in the dark it seems.

It's happening to me too a lot but only when I go to apartments i have spend  a lot of money buying these personal 

Spaces and now its almost impossible to go to them my connection is wired so its not a wi fi signal drop problem ,and my Internet is fiber optic so speed shouldn't be a problem so what is going on ??

I've been having the same trouble. Though just after patch 1.65 was applied. I was able to get into my personal spaces without a hassal. Today I wanted to go to one so I could access my Gift Machine. A friend of mine sent content through it. But D5021 has prevented me from accessing my apartments. 

Playstation Home EU are aware that some users are having this difficulty and are currently looking into it. https://twitter.com/#!/PSHomeEU I'd advise maybe keeping up with this Twitter. Could help ease the bear in terms of updates. Hopefully it'll get patched soon.

Sony seems to listen only when their bottom line is affected and will release new content to sell to us knowing that we are all still having these problems.  Maybe we should stop buying from them until all the problems are fixed?  That may force them to address these problems sooner, when they see it will hurt them where it counts.

I've try to reset the router, PS3 and other thing to make sure the error will not occur again, but sadly it didn't work for me. I'm playing PS Home with HK account which means I'm playing in Asia server, seems like this problem also occur in other places too. Can someone tell me what is the reason of this problem?

I have to agree with you there, not only to say "hey Sony, there's a problem, ya'know a MAJOR problem that's affecting the whole friggin' network in almost every country" but to also be sure that we customers won't loose items during such a dodgy time, not only is this annoying, it can be a double edge sword for us, but Sony as usual are doing nothing to keep us appraised...... it would be better for us if a rep at least said something was being done and not IGNORE us all the time!

everyone ....not buy anyting from tem at all on tis weeks update not point till this is fixed ...

me cant buy anyting anyway as cant get into the thing all join and unite together on this ...force thme to sort it out or they will loose an awful lot of money thats if they actully care
