Ok i saw this post from the moderator about getting the issue fixed was on the 21st. its now the 23rd. how long does it take to investigate the problem? I'm still having the same problem. Can not get into my apartments.

Hi,

I've had similar issues for the last few days. For me it unrelated to my apartment, as I've not been there, lol. I find it either fails while trying to load PSHome, or fails within maybe 15mins of loading. Just enough time to get into a game and them 'Bam' it's gone.

Hopefully it will be back to normal soon *crosses fingers and things*...

this error becouse there is maintnance in the psn home 

PS Home will be taken offline for an hour at 9am UK time Tuesday 24th April for some brief but important maintenance said by psn home

this problem with uk users, dont worry your ps3 and your modem or server are working .

lets hope this matainance in the morning sorts it out, its a little bad tht there was no comms from the home team in regards to the latest failed attempt to fix it, & i also find it hard to believe tht when we report the issues we get and the mods say 'ill let the home team know' days later they have absolutley no info to update us with.....that given its strange how this has just started happening

I've updated you with info. 

If there was any more I would of said, the same as if there was information any earlier myself or one of the community team would of also of said already.

If there isn't anything new to update then I can't update you I'm afraid, well besides reminding you that I will update you when there is an update.  (Which I also did btw).

There is no conspiracy theory going on don't worry.  It's just unfortunate circumstances which occured at a weekend.

I have not been able to access any of my personal spaces on ps home over the last couple of days and am greeted with an d5201 error on every attemp todo so, considering i have just bought the new and recommeded playstation home mansion and am unable to access it is  really frustratimg not to mention the numerous other appartments i have along with all my furniture etc, This really isnt good enough Sony sort the problem please and sort it fast, there just seems tobe more and more issues with the service of late and im growing extremely tired and fed up with it, so much so tht im actually considering an xbox

@Blondboy47 ...Um, yes, you DID agree to beta software. Remember that big wall of text you saw when you first downloaded Home, and you probably thought "tl:dr" and just skipped to the bottom so you could hit "accept"? Yeah. That's when you agreed to it.

Also, I am having this issue as well. I see a few images from the loading slideshow go by, and then it stops and shows me the error code.
