Infinity pool freeze !!

Hi ! I just bought the mansion Infinty pool which froze my console at the 90% download stage. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it please !! ( I'm a bit scared of trying to download again as I don't want to damage my console ! Thought I'd ask for advice first ! ! ) Thanks xxx
