Quick update on these: I'm now told that the fix will hopefully roll out next week. If this changes, I'll post here to let you know.
No post. No fix. No helmet. No boots. No problem, I'll check back in a few months then.

Apologies, I've been out of the office a bit recently for a variety of reasons.
Anyway, it turned out that getting the fix implemented was a bit more complex than we originally thought. As a result it won't make this week's update, however I'm hoping I'll be able to give you a firm estimate for when the fix will roll out later this week - possibly even tomorrow.

Any news and why did you release another killzone outfit before fixing this?
Releasing the new one has no impact on fixing the old, so there was no point in holding it back.
As far as the fix is concerned, we're hopefully on the home stretch. I know it's been frustrating - trust me, my colleague sitting behind me is at least as frustrated as you all. There have been multiple points in the past weeks when we thought they were going to be ready "next week" and then we ran into a new snag.

as soon as they can fix? this was a issue for some 9 months ago. anything which cant be fixed within a month you should get the refund just like that, with the option to repurchase when it is sorted.

I have just purchased the whole outfit. I can not find the helmet or shoes in the wardrobe. I have just paid for these. I bought the male version
Anyone else having the same issue?

As you've noticed and posted about, there has been a delay with your refunds. We found that more users have been affected by this than originally identified - and now need to set up a process which will automatically refund these additional users.
We're working hard to make sure you guys get your money back. It looks like this will happen on or around the 14th July. We've been shouting and screaming about this in the community team and rest assured, SCEE knows how you feel and is taking this matter very seriously.

yeah i bought it to,had nothing but problems with them since i bought them,cost a fortune phoning sony asking them to sort it.it was ok for a while,now i see its been fluffed up again,its now in my male wardrobe,what good is that having 1 half in female and other half in male,come on sony please get your act together and either sort this or REFUND us,this has been going on far toooooooooooo long.

There's a fix on the way. It's just going through final checks with the other regions, as we need to make sure that our fix hasn't broken it for them.

As soon as all regions are satisfied that our fix doesn't break their versions of the items.
