I just purchased 2 items form the new Drey range, along with 2 Granzella items. Paid for all 4 items, money was taken from my wallet for ALL 4, but the Lockwood Drey items are not showing in my wardrobe OR as purchased when i check. In fact i am able to buy them again, but i have already paid for them once so ... What gives? Hmmm it's always Lockwood stuff that this happens with, for me anyway. Is it a bug thats gonna be fixed soon?

Try restarting Home now, didn't work earlier but the PODI stuff has shown up so I imagine that your Drey stuff should be there now too.

just paid and went to download 2 bundles.... money was taken but the download didnt happen? now both the items are unavailable.... drey ultimate bundle and the podi bundle

i am also missing anime items which were apart of a bundle a few weeks ago and i have yet to recieve them, i recieved most of the anime bundle apart from 3 items, i posted here but i got no reply and this isnt an isolated problem either ive had various missing bundles bought and paid for which dont appear.

also missing the entire oriental furniture bundle.... the accumulation of missing items over the past few months is getting out of hand can i have some feedback please?

dont know if missing items are a shop purchase problem or restricted to certain bundles or shop collections?

Thnx Loonytoon but didn't work for me. I think lockwood must hate me because it's always their stuff i have problems with lol. Hope it's fixed soon.

Any Mods taking note?

what's the difference in the gift version and the store version? I understand the gift addons but does the gift version come with the place and or the gift addons? Or is it just a gift game. And if I bought the $28 ultimate bundle do I need bother with the gift version? I understand though I need the lockwood add ons from the gift machine. Please explain thx.
