Mansion Infinity Pool download failed

I buy personal space Playstation@Home Mansion Infinity Pool.

 

I download location without error or pause-resume.

 

It happend everytime I go there.

 

When i will go inside the mansion to the door, everytime message show up: " download fail "

 

My internet connection is very best of good. Solid stability and fast 40 MB/s.

 

Outdoor area is OK only when i will go inside the mansion. Area not download.

 

I delete cache data, i change cache size for redownload , -> nothing changes.

 

Tell me what i have to do.
