Men in Black HQ - Error has occurred

Just gone to the new MIB HQ space to be greeted by blank screens, then the games are telling me that an error has occurred. This is despite others seemingly able to access everything without issue. Visible due to the fact that there are people getting into areas that require you to play the game and also in them running up and starting it.

I tried restarting Home to see if that fixed the problem, unfortunately that didn't help in any way. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, also to no avail.

Re: Men in Black HQ - Error has occurred

A thought has occurred to me regarding the source of the issue. I purchased the suit before going to the space but have since been informed that using the check in puts the suit on you for the duration of time spent "in game". It could be possible that the issue is related to that. Can't really have it confirmed without seeing if someone else who purchased the suit has access.

Note that I bought both agent and an alien suit. Could possibly be a bug stopping the interaction between the game and the purchased suit?

Re: Men in Black HQ - Error has occurred

I bought the MIB suit and neuralizer. And the game worked fine for me on the 2nd attempt :smileyhappy:

Re: Men in Black HQ - Error has occurred

I also bought the agent suit and the alien suit, and I too get this error when I try to play. Is most irritating.

Re: Men in Black HQ - Error has occurred

I'm so pleased i'm not the only one!!! I get the sam at the new MIB3 site. I have tried my account on 4 other ps3's and I get the same error on all of them, but others using the same PS3 have no probs. So the fault is definitely some glitchy item? Yh I bought the stuff first as well. I phoned PS Support and they are looking into it.

Re: Men in Black HQ - Error has occurred

I agree Sun, it's always nice to know you're not the only one when it comes to things like this. I have a feeling that it's to do with the automatic switching to a costume after check in that's causing the error to occur. I've sent the M with info in it to LOOTGEAR so hopefully there will be a resolution to the problem soon.
