I was playing KENO in the Casino earlier and won the T-Shirt for playing the game 10 times but it only awarded me the female version of the shirt before getting the usual 'Server Maintenance - You can play for free' message'.

I've since been back and played KENO again but it won't give me the male version of the shirt.

Does anyone know if I delete my Game Data and re-enter the space will it check and award me the missing item then? Or if I win another item will it push the missing one through at the same time maybe?

i have tried delete game data because of my missing 40,000 chips 

so i doubt it will work for you m8

the space has never worked for me since it became available.... i was getting the server down message all the time.... i have also never been awarded any free t shirt or hotel room or free credits, and havent been back

best thing for you to do is contact the dev's of the space and see if they can help you same as for the people who didnt get there 40,000 chips

And don't come talk 2 me u said the casino is a scam well i think still the same but if my brother puts his money in it well why not play it then..

I contacted Digital Leisure about this and they have suggested clearing my cache then playing KENO again and the reward should pop up so I'll give that a try.

storage is always the first place i look... i dont undestand why i have to constantly clear the cache.... i did this while trying to get my underwater apt back, ive tried this 5 times now, it takes forever and i still havent got it back... and then ive got to redownload all the spaces that i have which amount to around 40.... plus home is disconnecting me constantly recently, and it has been far from a smooth and enjoyable experience for me eversince the new home redesign! yes i am frustrated.... eversince this new redesign ive had things disappear and i dont keep count of things in my wardrobe or my storage, who knows how many items ive lost!! why have i got to work around odd bugs and glitches.... if i dont come on the forums i wouldnt know? why dont spaces work as they should, why dont the activities work as they should???? im far from happy, i shouldnt be constantly on here making sure home should be working, im not getting paid for this, in fact im paying and even then my items dont appear!!!!!

Home is still BETA release. Ok, not funny. A satisfied customer would sound different.
