Didn't this happen before around about the time when people were winning the silver bracelet from the Poker in the EA Games Complex? Think it took some time to fix as tthe devs had to back track a fair bit to before the bug came about. I remember losing all my reward items, but thankfully got them back.

@ EFC-LUKE-EFC )  ..There is a thread just below this one ( Missing Home reward items )   from what I have read on that particular thread, some peeps that have had this problem too have been waiting over 6 weeks for the Sony Home team to resolve the issue. It seems people are being fobbed off, including peeps that have phoned the Sony customer service helpline ( at a cost to the customer ) I might add.. Sony Home team, this isn't on & needs to be sorted.. I will not be using Home untill these items are returned & therefore shall not be spending anymore money on Home untill they are.

what were the last few rewards u had earnt? midway?

seem's the other few unlucky people this happened to, had recently earnt midway rewards before theirs went missing. try post some details and they may be able to fix the problem to prevent it happening to others

I think if Sony actually gave a flying f.a.q. about its customers, you would be able to walk up to a desk or submit a ticket in Home, instead of being forced, out of desperation, to post in a forum that basically anyone at Sony with the power & mana to actually do something about the problem, will actually ever bother to read. They make so much of our money, and are so busy counting it, that any threat of not using their "services" in the future just washes over them. I actually dread calling the Sony customer "service" number in Australia because the staff are on automatic deny-all defensive mode all the time. After all, they are the poor ones whom have to mouthpiece the cold-hearted reptilian decisions that the gutless Sony execs make(like avoiding ANY culpability for error coding to YLoD thousands of customer's PS3s on the infamous leapyear feb psn shutdown. I lost ALL respect for Sony and its banksta-headed attitude after they ran from helping us. Gutless)Im outta room

I was last on home last night before this happened, I was in the Home square & said goodnight to a friend, then logged off of home & turned my ps3 off a few minutes later. I have not received any error msg's on screen, neither did home freeze on me. I just logged off as normal, then logged back onto Home this afternoon. I went straight to the Irem beach to see if I could grab any reward items I had yet to get ( there was only about two I had still to collect ), then it popped up that I had received a reward item ( the tattered top ), so I thought " that's strange, I already have that ".  so I then proceeded to look at my reward items list & everything was gone apart from this tattered top.

The last few reward items I had received was all from the Irem beach & was all rings. I also looked at my apartments list on my PDA & found that all my awarded apartments had now gone, so I went to my harbour apartment & found that it was now bare of all reward item furniture. So to sum it all up, any reward item I have ever received from the very beginning of Home has now vanished. I have also checked all my Home saved files & not one of them is corrupted, in fact I still have furniture saved file's from apartments that have now disappeared from my PDA & according to Home, I no longer own..  It looks like Sonys Home server has messed up & reset my reward items list back to me having nothing.

Sorry you've had the same problem - looks like you've seen my thread!

Still no joy in my case, but I'll let you know if I get told anything useful that may help.

No fortunately I havnt had that problem, but I know what its like to be fobbed off by Sony, especially since they chose to run away from helping victims of a ps3 killing error code which they sent out to peoples phats. You are lucky your problem, tho justifiably frustrating, is not going to YLoD your ps3 out of existance. I sympathise with you for what they are putting you thru tho & I know your pain...

I've just had one of my friends msg me on my ps3 telling me that they have also lost all of their Home reward items too, they think it happened yesterday. & theres Thylaudax saying that this is a "very rare issue"... Seems it's not so rare as he thinks. Wonder if this is gonna make the Sony Home team stand up & take notice of the now growing number of customers that have had this major error affect them?. Come on Home team, put this right for the people.

have you bought anything from home? and if you have was it also deleted? If this happens to me im gonna go apesh*t as i have the war armour and its through pre order reward only...

Yes I have spent a small fortune on home over the past 2 years.. all purchased items have not been affected & also all items received via a code redemption have not been affected. It's every single reward item that I have ever been awarded has vanished, clothing, furniture & also apartments, all gone, even reward items that have cost me a fair amount of money to win on the pay to play games have all gone too.
