Re: Missing items, clothing, rewards and even bought items Missing

I've also had most my purchased items vanish.. even items I received via redeem code, items going right back to Homes launch date. And on top of this I'm one of the people that have been affected by the missing Home reward items error, that's 2 years worth of reward items gone. The home team need 2 seriously start doing their job & not expecting us to do it for them.. This is too many items missing to remember off the top of our heads, especially in my case.

& now my purchased history only goes back to 17/6/2010, so I can't even go to that list to try & sort out what items are missing. I've had a ps3 since launch date & have been a regular user of home since it's launch date.

Re: Missing items, clothing, rewards and even bought items Missing

OK, here is where I definitely need you all to be very specific with wording your reports so that we know exactly what it is that is being reported. From this thread the use of the phrase "missing items" can be interpreted in at least two ways:

1. Items have vanished from inventory and are not in storage. <- is anyone in this situation, and if so which items?

2. Furniture placed in apartments is not loading but *is* in inventory or storage. <- if you are experiencing this, please use this thread: http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation-Home-Technical-Help/Apartment-Furniture-Problem/t...

Re: Missing items, clothing, rewards and even bought items Missing

My items have now returned.. they wasn't there last night but thank god they've returned. It still doesn't explain why my transaction history now only goes back as far as 17/6/2010?. Some kind of error has occurred. Now it's just the matter of my 2 years worth of reward items missing to resolve.

Re: Missing items, clothing, rewards and even bought items Missing.

The free reward items are missing since last night. Pretty much every non-purchased items are gone. I haven't chcked the furnitures but I'm assuming they're gone too since all the dolphy designs that are link to winning of each figurines are gone.

Re: Missing items, clothing, rewards and even bought items Missing.

I've found them under storage, though it took quite some time every time i look under each categogy. I've also noticed that the background colour makes it really hard to see the rings on the top right hand corner (reading HDD, WWW).
