I just bought the spin the bottle game from featured items and haven't received it. It isn't even in my purchases

It should appear in the inventory, did you try the usual reloading home just in case it didn't load it?

Yep i have tried everything i can think of. I even cleared my cache which is a pain having to download everything again. I bought the bombshell dress, the infinty pool and a few other things too and all of them have showed up apart from the spin the bottle game which im gutted about since i paid for it :@

My advice to you would be to request a refund from Sony customer support and then rebuy the package with the refunded moolah. I bought the same set and it never showed up, so did as I just said above, and now they will download.

this happened to me once where I bought something and never recieved it and it wasnt showing as purchased either with the red symbol. So I got on the blower to Sony and was pleasantly suprised as I actually got lucky and through to someone who knew what they were talking about for once. They advised me to back up my game save data for home on my ps3 and then delete it. Not just delete all of home but the actual game save data, You find it in the same section of your normal game saves on the ps3 xmb. Anyway the guy on the phone said sometimes the Sony server gets clogged up and purchases arent recognized, deleting the game save data gives it a kick up the butt and results in the missing items appearing. So I did as I was told, deleted the game save then went on home as a noob with all my avis etc deleted then checked and the missing purchased item was there. I then exited home reloaded the game save data Id saved to a usb stick and all was well in the world.

Try that Vicki, hope it works for you too. If it doesnt then there may be an issue with the product and you'll have to phone Sony yourself and get a refund.
