PS HOME PURCHASED ITEMS HELP!!!

I bought the miniature dragon a while ago now and its really starting to **** me off i cant find it anywhere its download and if i go to Personal>My Purchases its in there but not in my appliances where its suppose to be HELP!! PLEASE.

It should be under the appliance tab, have you checked storage yet?
