Greetings tech. support.
I am writing on behalf of all who suffer of this problem.
Kicking from PS Home with this errors D4512, F13, D3505, X80710D23, C-931 etc. For a couple of seconds before kicking i always got this message: "Chat log has been disconnected".
Imma noob in internet settings, i only know that i got DSL modem (not ADSL), and got straight wire connection PS3 and modem.
And yea, before PSN down, i got no errors, and all PSN, include PS Home was working are incredibly good.
So, what i can to do, to get rid of all this errors (at least certain errors)?
Thank you for answers.

Hello and welcome to the PlayStation®Home Tech Support Community .
In Home V1.60 (latest version), the Home Team have introduced the option to view the details of the error you received. The details also offer suggestions on what caused it and how you can prevent it happening again. To view the error details press the
button on the error screen.
Most common issues are caused by connections issues. These issues can be:
If you are receiving errors while playing PlayStation®Home you should try narrowing down the cause. As your PS3™ is connected to your modem directly via cable, I suggest powering off all other devices so that your console has all the bandwidth available.
Should you still have errors then the issue many be in the configuration of your network.
All your issues could be related the the F13 you mentioned. F13 means your connection timed out. This happens when your PS3™ asks for something from the SCE Servers and does not get a reply within a certain time. Timeouts are usually caused by slow connection speeds.
So try isolating your console and let us know if you still receive errors.

GB

Your physical location should not make much of a difference since everyone connects to the same servers regardless of their region and both UK and Russia are part of SCEE.
It is rather odd that this issue only started after the PSN Outage earlier this year.
Is it just your UK account you are having trouble with or does it happen to all accounts you use?

I keep getting a D4512 error too, I did a speed test and I'm getting between 15 and 20 Mbps so that's not the problem. The signal strength on my PS3 jumps between 60 and 100%, the majority of the time it's over 80 so I don't think that's the problem either.
I will have a look into the codes you guys are getting and let you know.

Hi Guys,
I have received some feedback in regards to the error codes some of you are getting:
D4512 - No response from server. You may have Internet connectivity issues or the server may be unresponsive.
D3505 - Service disconnected. You may have Internet connectivity issues or the server may be unresponsive.
The other codes we do not have a specific answer to, however these are server related. There has been some maintenance occuring over the past weeks, so these errors tend to coincide with work being done on the servers. If you persistently have any of these codes when trying to connect, let me know as there will most likely be an individual reason in each case.
Thanks,
Rabid
