Hi, i pre-ordered my PS vita, how do I get the T-shir, headphones or any other item, all i got so far is promotional code wich i entered in Media GO, but nating hapend so far, can some one help?

I did that, and it sent me a code witch said "Use this promo code to have received your items exclusive to the PlayStation ® Home, including PS Vita shoes, headphones, bag, sunglasses and a T-shirt PlayStation ® Vita." and I did use it, but after that nothing happen-

Have you tried to redeem it via the PSN Store instead of Media Go?
