LilG, I suggest you give Customer Support a ring on 0844 736 0595. I did, after waiting for 4 months.
They were quite helpful on the line.. but all they could do was pass the information on to the tech teams.
I got a call back after 2 weeks and was advised to 'clear your cache'.
I did it, as i thought they might have done something in the background... but it didn't work.
So I rang them back and explained.....
Another week later (today) and I got an e-mail saying I had been refunded the cost of the package.
I've just been on Home and it's not showing as purchased....
So I took a chance and bought it again.... worked perfectly this time.
Give 'em a bell, as I don't think this one will ever clear itself up.

arent there a sony division in denmark cause it will cost me a fortune to call from denmark to usa??
