Hi there,

On 16/06/201 I purchased two sets of "Firecracker DX" boosters using the commerce point in Sodium 2 (see below for order number and relevent lines from reciept).

After purchasing these the game showed that I had 300 available and now that I have just finished using those up S2 is teling me that I need to purchase more if I wish to mount any.

When I go to the commerce point it shows that I aparently "Already own this item" for the 1400 booser pack but when I go to my garage it is showing as a 0 quantity.

Hi,

It might be due to what level you are at. My friend brought that when Sodium 2 got released and then realised she couldn't use them at that particular level.

I was in the beta and bought my first set of firecracker boosters back then... they've run out, and I've bought the 1400 pack on the 18th June, I can't access these!  I do recall some change was made to boosters late on in the beta, but I can't recall it.

They show in my shopping area as purchased, and have 'Item in shopping basket' but that's grey out!  That's making me think it's an error there!

Also if it's due to what level we are...  I'm at level 20...  It's not making sense!!!

Is anyone else getting this issue, or know how to solve it?

Just an update.  After I'd wrote my last post, I went on to S2 and purchased some firecracker boosters with my credits...  With these I am able to race!  That also shows it's not a level needed to race/use boosters.

In regards to levels, the Firecracker DX boosters unlock at level 4, and I'm now at level 37 (I think I was at about 32 when I purchased these)

I too have been able to purchase the boosters you can get with sodium credits and use those, I'm wondering if there was an error when I purchased two sets of boosters in the same transaction (300 and 1400) for a total of 1700, but it only showed 300 when i returned to the garage to fit them at the time. I didn't log an issue then because I figured that there were a number of flags that would have been set to show the game that I had made the purchases, and thought that the flag to show I had purchased the 300 booster pack was read then any other flags ignored.
