Rabid has a tough job. Getting a response from a developer in his position is sometimes like getting blood from a rock! They're so busy that they don't necessarily have time to listen to him, nor resolve the issue in a way we'd all like.

 I'm certain he'll be doing the best he can in the meantime to ensure something happens to make it up to people

It took 4 months before the Minis Pick 'n' Mix fiasco was resolved satisfactorily for me. That was an issue that involved money changing hands,  and false advertising on the part of Sony, and it still took them 4 months to sort it out.

The underwater apartment came as part of the welcome back pack, which was meant to be a goodwill gesture. It turns out that Sony goodwill gestures are fleeting and temporary. Although I have spent a certain amount of money in home, this space was a gratuity so believe me, I'm not holding my breath over this. In fact, given the fact that Playstation Home still proudly bears the 'beta' label every time it boots up, I guess they can just remove any item they want at any time, be it free or paid for. Well no more PS home purchases for me, as I have zero trust in the people running it.

And to Rabid and the Home devs? Hey guys, take as long as you need. We're all laid-back folks round here. Maybe you'll get there in the end, eh?

Gee I don't know what's going on with Veemee here. the game is no longer there, the file is gone from the Utilities file on mine though I still own every hard earned prize from that game. I mean this is annoying as hell for all PS3 users. . Asked me to be interested in PS Vita, You've gotta be kidding. I have had enough dumps and problems to last a lifetime.... 

Yes it is April 2012 and still no Underwater Apartment. I don't care if it was"free". We put time into winning them. Surely you must still have the winners on your sever!!

Do us a favour and do give us back that space already. I know is is being sold overseas and I have heard the chant Veemee Greedee. It makes me wonder, Sony!! And it would be nice to get it before the apocalypse. BLOODY DO SOMETHING ALREADY!!

There is absolutely no excuse for the blantant absence of Sony's technical support during this multiple-day episode of consistent crashing (everyone's reporting the same 2 problems).  A simple message telling users that PSH's having problems should suffice.  That is, I'd be a lot happier having someone acknowledge a problem instead of pulling the "ostrich act" with their head in the sand, so to speak.

The lack of communication from Sony is deafening.  While I don't like being lied to--I'm no man's mushroom since I don't thrive on manure--Sony's pretending like a problem doesn't exist is infuriating.
